Herbalife Formula 1
Advanced meal replacement with protein, 18 amino acids, low in fat and calories. This is an energizing, highly nutritious protein powder that provides your entire daily needs for protein, carbohydrates and essential oils. It’s low in calories, fat, and sugar yet high in fiber, vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients. It also helps to build lean muscle, burn fat and satisfy your appetite.
HOW TO TAKE IT
Enjoy the Herbalife shake as a meal replacement twice a day. The shake is very filling and nutritious, but make sure you have one regular, sensible, low-fat meal once a day of food you enjoy. Combine in a blender: 8 to 16 oz. of no-fat milk or juice (orange, apple, non-sugar cranberry, etc.) and 2 level tablespoons of Formula 1.
It recommended that you add ½ cup each of 1-3 kinds of fruit (such as banana, strawberries, pineapple, or blueberries) to make it delicious. You can also add fat free yogurt. Use frozen fruits for the best flavor and consistency. Blend on high for at least 1 minute.
If you don’t normally eat breakfast, having the shake in the morning will give you energy, boost your metabolism, burn fat and keep you from being ravenous at lunch. Do not skip breakfast!
Herbalife Formula 2
This potent multivitamin, in conjunction with two shakes a day, provides all the vitamins, micro-nutrients, minerals, herbs, and trace elements you need daily.
HOW TO TAKE IT
Take one Herbalife tablet, 3 times a day with meals including the Herbalife Formula 1 shake.

HOW TO TAKE IT
Take 2 capsules with meals, three times a day. (6 a day) You’ll run low on this product first, so pay attention so you don’t run out. You’ll be able to cut back to two at a time later on (we’ll talk about it.)
